anytool provides on-demand tool generation for AI agents. The Service allows users to:

  • Generate custom tools using AI
  • Execute generated tools with user-provided input
  • Share tools via REST API or MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Connect tools to AI assistants like Claude Desktop and Cursor

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate tools that violate laws or regulations
  • Create malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Abuse or overload our infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service

5. Code Generation and Execution

The Service generates and executes code based on user prompts. You acknowledge that:

  • Generated code is provided "as is" without warranties
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated code before use
  • Code execution occurs in a sandboxed environment with limitations
  • We may cache generated tools for performance optimization
  • You retain ownership of prompts and input data you provide

6. Privacy and Tool Visibility

Tools you create are private by default. You may choose to make tools public. Public tools and their metadata may be visible to other users. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. API and MCP Access

API and MCP access is subject to:

  • Rate limits to ensure fair usage
  • Authentication requirements for all requests
  • Potential changes to API endpoints with notice
  • Usage monitoring and logging for security

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by anytool and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. GENERATED CODE MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYTOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
